On 23 June 2026, at a meeting of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, a decision was adopted by vote to accredit the educational and research programme of the S.P. Timoshenko Institute of Mechanics of the NAS of Ukraine for the training of Doctors of Philosophy in Applied Mathematics.
This positive decision is an important confirmation of the high level of organization of the educational process, the research component of postgraduate training, and the compliance of the programme with the requirements for quality assurance in higher education.
The accreditation procedure is now at its final stage. Several procedural steps provided for by the regulations remain to be completed:
- signing of the decision by the National Agency;
- archiving of the accreditation file;
- issuance of the accreditation certificate.
The administration of the Institute expresses its gratitude to all staff members, academic supervisors, postgraduate students, and members of the working group who contributed to the preparation of the materials and the successful completion of the accreditation review.
